Today the robot is leaving the school for Barrie and will be kept there during the rehersals and until the showings of the play during the festival later this month. We've assembled a toolkit and are in the process of splitting the robot in two so it can fit in the back of a car. When we made the robot we designed it so that this would be easy. The frame comes apart with just two large bolts and all the wires have a connector at the halfway point, so it comes apart in two peices in 5 minutes!

I cant believe its almost been a month since I updated the website... sorry about that. But we've been working harder then ever to get our robot finished for the play that is rapidly approaching! We have the frame all finalized and motor positions and mounts all completed and running. We just hooked up our pneumatics system on friday and it works flawlessly, our next step is to code the piston to move the head up and down remotely. Enjoy these pictures and videos of our progress over the past month.

But we have still been hard at work building multiple vex robots in order to compete at the Skills Ontario competition instead. Here are some pictures of our process in the past couple months, We've learned so much!
